We recently undertook a project for a small hospital that required a custom frame for their boiler room. The dimensions of the frame were approximately 8 feet by 11 feet. It featured a removable header and a vertical panel brace, which were designed to facilitate easy access to the boiler room.

Additionally, the top panels were equipped with removable louvers to allow for heat dissipation.

To optimize resources, we repurposed the existing doors and hardware. This presented a challenge, as the boiler room was located in a confined space and the doors had been installed after the boilers. However, we successfully navigated these obstacles.

Ultimately, the custom frame was a success. It not only enhanced the aesthetic of the boiler room but also improved accessibility. The hospital was highly satisfied with the outcome.
